Chuck Allen, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, works with individuals, couples, and organizations to improve relationships, and to increase levels of success and satisfaction and is a proud member of the Electric Kites Success Coaching team.
His professional career has taken him through such diverse fields as public relations, public health, technical writing, journalism, event planning and child development. As the owner of a technology consulting firm specializing in the entertainment industry, Chuck brings more than 15 years experience as a consultant and an entrepreneur to his business clients.
In the coaching field Chuck has recently served as Director of Coaching Programs for Lifeline Coaching and Education, supervising and training a team of more than 20 coaches. Chuck is currently on the faculty of the Bigger Game Company, leading the Certification Program for Bigger Game coaches and consultants. And he is an Executive Coach for the Executive MBA Program of Loyola Marymount University.
Chuck's warm, personable and playful approach enables him to break down barriers and quickly tackle core issues in a non-threatening manner. He passionately advocates for fulfillment, compassion for self and others, and the creative power of possibility.
Chuck was awarded his CPCC coaching certification by the prestigious Coaches Training Institute (CTI), which is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Chuck is a graduate of CTI's Co-Active Leadership Program and the Co-Active Relationship Systems Coaching Program. He is also a Certified Bigger Game Coach and Consultant and he is an active member of the Los Angeles Chapter of the ICF.
Electric Kites Associate Facilitator
Samantha Bennett is an Associate Facilitator for Electric Kites. She is also the founder of The Organized Artist Company, providing home and office organization, career coaching and organizational support for artists and entrepreneurs.
Samantha is also a Senior Facilitator with Sam Christensen Studios, specializing in Identity Definition and Personal Branding. She is a working actor, improviser, writer, consensus facilitator, sock monkey maker and an amateur systems analyst who would cheerfully organize a can of peas if given half a chance. Electric Kites Jr. Associate Coach
Heidi Kraft is a Jr. Associate Coach for Electric Kites and came to coaching after nearly two decades of a successful career in advertising.
She has worked with 30+ companies of various sizes and within different industries and has been recognized for her skill in working with clients at all levels of an organization – from mid-management to C-level executives.
As a leader and manager, she has been focused on helping people develop into their own career successes and clearly understands the challenges and pressure that individuals face in their professional lives.
Heidi believes in the power of discovering purpose and passion, delving into the successes that bring fulfillment, and making an impact in the world while achieving work-life balance.
Her creative and pragmatic approach to achieving results has helped her clients experience significant strides in their lives. Some of these successes have included transitioning from corporate to entrepreneur, rebranding and establishing a new image within an industry, developing new skills and more effective manners of communicating, and enhancing overall fulfillment in both personal and professional lives.
Heidi holds a B.A. in Sociology and is a graduate of Coaches Training Institute where she is in the process of receiving her CPCC Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. She’s a member of both the International Coaches Federation and serves as Program Director for San Francisco Coaches.
Originally from Minnesota, Heidi now lives in San Francisco where she spends her free time traveling, excursions to beautiful wine country, and singing and playing keyboards in her blues bands.
Electric Kites Associate Coach
Fernando Lopez is an Associate Coach for Electric Kites. He specializes in Organization and Relationship Systems coaching and works with clients in Europe, the US, Canada, and Mexico.
Having seen his family's business painfully deteriorate as a result of family relationship conflict, he was called to help others avoid the same fate. As his interest in relationship systems grew, he became fascinated by the innovative methods available for resolving relationship issues and creating more powerful teams and partnerships.
He now co-leads the international community of Organization and Relationship Systems Coaches in the Co-Active Network and is the co-director of the Center for Right Relationship's Global Community Initiative.
His formal credentials include being a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Born in Mexico, he has lived in New York City, Maui, Munich, Toronto, Brazil, the Dominican Republic, and Chile in order to pursue several of his dreams. He speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, and German.
Kira McGovern, CPCC

Kira is a certified professional coach at the forefront of the relationship systems coaching movement and is an Associate Coach for Electric Kites Success Coaching. She’s known nationally for her dynamic, down-to-earth approach guiding executives, creative professionals and intimate partnerships of all kinds in reaching their full potential and expression in the world. By moving beyond old habits and histories, clients experience breakthroughs in their career, relationships and life.
Kira’s coaching style draws on the inherent wisdom in each person, and enables clients to access their inner guidance system for achieving what matters most in their lives. She does this by drawing on a wide range of tools from the areas of human potential, negotiation and communication, internal and organizational systems theory, and various spiritual traditions.
While Kira’s clients range from soul-searching CEO’s and time-challenged mom’s, to creative folks in career transition and couples wanting more connection, the common ground in her work is helping clients come into right relationship with themselves, the important people in their lives, and the world around them. She helps people gain clarity about who they are and what they want, and guides clients in creating a road map for their reaching their goals. On their journey, Kira helps clients successfully overcome obstacles and celebrate wins along the way.
Prior to her coaching career, Kira worked for 15 years leadership experience in start-up, change management and business development in both the private and social sectors. As Founding Executive Director of Giving New England, Kira led an entrepreneurial initiative to leverage new economy resources for social profit. Under her direction, Giving New England emerged as an innovative leader in the field of venture philanthropy, and was featured in Kiplinger's, The Boston Globe, Boston Business Journal, National Public Radio and Women's Business.
Kira McGovern is Principal of The Big Groove, her coaching organization located in Boston, MA. She conducted her training with the internationally renowned Coaches Training Institute (CTI) where she earned her distinction as Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, andhas advanced training in personal and organizational Relationship Systems. Kira is an alumna of University of California, Berkeley.
Currently, Kira is a student of Dr. Alberto Villoldo, internationally known shaman, author and medical anthropologist, at The Four Winds Society, where she is gaining extensive training in the techniques of Light Body Healing and Soul and Destiny Retrieval, adapted from the healing practices of the indigenous peoples of the Andes and Amazon regions of Peru.
